How is caviar shipped?

We package our caviar in insulated materials with ice packs to keep it fresh during shipping. To maintain the best quality, we use Priority FedEx overnight shipping.

Orders made before 12 PM will be delivered the next day. Orders made after 12 PM will be shipped the next day and arrive the day after. Orders placed on Thursday will ship on Monday.

At present, we only offer shipping within the United States. International shipping options might be accessible in the future.

Shipping Limitations

Because of shipping restrictions, we cannot send packages for delivery on the following holidays or the day after: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Once your order ships, you’ll get a FedEx tracking number to follow its progress.

We deliver to all locations except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Caviar should be stored in the refrigerator at temperatures between 28°F and 32°F. It should be consumed within 7-10 days after opening. If unopened and stored uninterrupted in the freezer, caviar is good until its expiration date. Once opened, we recommend consuming it as soon as possible for the best flavor.
